My discount code is not working.

Please check the expiration of your code on the voucher recieved. Also, check that your order is not a deal package number (4, 9, 12, 24 blocks). Seal packages are not allowed to be discounted. If you want, you can change the number to one more block or one less block and apply the discount. Contact us with any other questions.

How long does it take to receive my order on average?

The production time is 7-10 business days. Shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 days depending on distance from Chicago, IL. We are always aiming to be faster and ahead of schedule.

I submitted my order but the order does not go through.

Please make sure that all information fields are filled in and correct. The credit card details especially, most of the time the form does not work the credit card details are incorrect.

What's the recommended file type for the images I upload?

We prefer JPEG files if possible, in as high of resolution as you can provide. PNG files are okay as long as they are over 50KB in size. 

 

Can I purchase a gift card/certificate from Shiner?

We don't currently offer any type of gift card from our site. We often do deals with sites like Groupon, Living Social, and Gilt City which can easily be purchased and given as gifts. Sign up for our email list to be kept up to date on any current promotions. 

 

My tracking number has no update.

The USPS tracking number we send can sometimes take up to two business days to show any updates. We create the shipping labels as we pack each order, so if you see "pre-shipment", please be patient! It will update shortly. 

 

Can I use photos from someone else's Instagram account?

We do not have the ability to access other customer's Instagram accounts without their permission or login.

What is the recommended file size/resolution for my images?

We do not recommend submitting any images that are less than 50KB in size. The higher the resolution, the better. If you can, please submit images that are 1MB-25MB in size for printing. NOTE that if your images are over 25MB it will take a long time for them to upload and we may have issues downloading them. 

 

My Groupon code isn't working.

If you are having issues with your Groupon code at checkout, i.e., the discount amount isn't correct, the code says it's invalid, etc. - then please email us at [email protected] with your voucher information and we can correct it for you. 

 

I want to combine Gilt City vouchers on my order.

The vouchers can be used only one per order. They cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotional codes at checkout. If you purchased more than one Gilt credit, you will need to place more than one order. 

 

How many images in are a panel?

A "panel" means one 4"x4" image block. Meaning that if you purchased 9 "panels", you will need to upload 9 images for us to print. 

 

Can I combine my voucher with a promo code?

Unfortunately, no. You cannot combine a Living Social, Groupon, or Gilt City voucher with any of our promo codes on the same order. 

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $8 for any standard order (quantity under 25) to any US shipping address. 25-50 blocks is $12 in shipping, 51-100 blocks is $15, 100+ blocks is $25. For international or special shipments, please email us at [email protected]

 

Can I submit Instagram photos and photos from my computer in the same order?

Unfortunately there is no option to include both in the same order at this time. We are working on developing that feature soon! What I would suggest is emailing the Instagram photo files from your phone to yourself, then downloading them on your desktop and including them in the upload from your computer. 

 

Are the 4"x4" blocks exactly true to size?

No, They are actually 1/8" smaller, the exact size of the blocks is (3-7/8" x 3-7/8")

Our blocks are created for 4x4 prints we slice off 1/16" off all sides of the photo to mount it on the wooden tile. Beware of this when selecting photos with critical information on the very ends of the photo/ thin borders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Sure! The cost will be at least $40 for most locations, including Canada. If you would like a quote, please email us at support@shinerphoto.com with your shipping address and we’ll be happy to take care of you via email.

When will I get shipping info?

Within 10 business days of placing your order you should receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a USPS tracking number for your package. If you don't receive one in this timeframe, please email us for a status update at [email protected]

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is done and ready to be sent out, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email from us. This email will include a tracking number. We currently send our packages via USPS and you can find their tracking page here - USPS Tracking

Is pick-up a shipping option?

No, picking up your order is not offered at this time. But it will be in the future! Please provide a shipping address when submitting your order. 

 

I need to change the city on my order.

If any shipping information needs to be changed on your order, please email us at [email protected] with the updated information. We will see to it that it is changed internally on your order. 

 

What's the average time to receive an order?

Upon receiving your order confirmation email, you should receive your order within 10 business days. You will receive a separate email with a tracking number once your order is ready and being sent out the door.

How do I place an order?

On the home page, there are several red buttons that say "Order Now." Click here to give you the option to either login to your Instagram account, or upload photos from your phone/computer. Once your photos are selected, click on the shopping cart in the corner to get started with payment and shipping.

Adding Photos From My Phone

To place an order with images from your phone, please click on the "Order Now" red button on the main home page. The next page should give you the option to either Login to Instagram or Upload from Phone/Computer. Select the phone option, then select "Upload Image." This should allow you to select images from your Photo Library and once selected, will appear in your shopping cart.

Is there a discount for bulk orders/wholesale price?

Yes. If your order is larger than normal (over 150) send us an email at support@shinerphoto.com - we will give you a quote for your order.

 

I live outside of the United States, can i still place an order?

 Sure! Please email us at support@shinerphoto.com and we’ll be happy to take care of you via email.

 

I got my order but something isn't quite right.

Let us know right away! We take care to make sure you get our best work, but if you are dissatisfied in any way please email us right away at support@shinerphoto.com with a picture (or more) of any quality concern. We will make it right. If a problem appears to have occurred during the shipping process, please retain all packaging in case an inspection from the shipping company has to occur.
